I have a very regular cycle and fertilaid for women didn\'t change the timing at all, so that was good.  It did help with my cramps so that was good too.  The microscope is a fun little bonus but is VERY difficult to view and get \"accurate\" results.  I didn\'t like the fertil CM and my CM was a nonissue in our conception difficulties so I stopped taking it after 2 months.  Fertilaid for men didn\'t really change anything for my hubby.";
