I\'d keep taking this stuff even if I weren\'t trying to conceive, just because it makes me feel good and seems to be optimizing my cycles. I was taking the B6 with standard pre natals at first, and also took a combo B vitamin with regular pre natals, but this combination seems to be working the best (the combo b pills with the pre natal were giving me a jumpy, caffeinated feeling, and the B6 with pre natals made me ovulate on CD 12, which is REALLY early for me, and gave me a 14 day luteal phase, which also seemed like a drastic change and made for a really short cycle)

I also chart my temperatures and have had temps that stay higher in the luteal phase and lower in the follicular phase than previously, when I had very high pre o temps and wouldn\'t get a huge jump between the two phases, andor some post o temps on or below the coverline (which was always really high)
