I like that this prenatal includes 100% of everything except for vitamin A since its important to not get too much vitamin A during pregnancy. It doesn\'t include calcium or magnesium so I take a magnesium pill and calcium pills as well. I\'m glad they leave out the calcium so that this pill is easier to swallow. This prenatal is approved on consumerlab.com and is ratest best prenatal on consumersearch.com.<br>The Omega 3s are tasteless.
